Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day goodwill exchange policy under the following conditions:

• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• The product seal is intact.
• The packaging has not been tampered with.

Please note: Items purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged unless the received product does not match your order.

How to Exchange an Item:

• Email thessentials.pk@gmail.com to request an exchange, specifying your order number and item details.
• Return the item to: The Essentials.
