Returns Policy

We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged goods. If you change your mind about your purchase:

• Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
• Return within 7 days of receipt.
• Include proof of purchase/order information.

How to Return an Item:

• Email thessentials.pk@gmail.com  with pictures of the damaged or faulty items.
• Specify your reason for return, order number, and item details.
• Return the item to the above address.
• Once received, we will issue a credit voucher equivalent to the returned item’s value. You are responsible for applicable shipping charges.
