How do we define "natural" in our formulation? We establish the concept of "natural" based on the following criteria:

Mercury and Steroids Free:

Our formulations strictly exclude the use of mercury or steroids, both of which are banned ingredients in cosmetic creams. Unlike some cosmetic companies that may include them in fairness creams, we neither produce such products nor align with the use of prohibited substances in any of our formulations, as it goes against our ethical principles.

SLS and SLES Free:

We do not use Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) or Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (SLES) in our formulations as emulsifiers. We use emulsifiers that are of vegetable origin or plant origin or naturally derived.

Paraben and Triclosan Free:

We do not use these preservatives in our formulations. Instead, we use widely accepted naturally accepted or food-grade preservatives to inhibit microbial growth in our products.

Mineral Oil Free:

We do not use mineral oil/petroleum jelly as moisturizing emollients. We prefer to use vegetable oils that are natural as emollients in our products. 

Silicone Free:

Our formulations are silicone-free. We opt for natural or organic oils and actives to nourish or envelop the hair shaft.

Artificial Colour Free:

We do not add any artificial colors to our formulations.

Artificial Fragrance Free:

When we make this claim, our products are either unfragranced or scented with pure essential oils instead of artificial fragrances. However, in cases where the use of fragrance is unavoidable, we do not assert the claim of being "Artificial Fragrance-Free." 

Cruelty-free:

We do not test any of our products on animals.

Certified End Product:

Our products are certified by PCSIR Labs and PSQCA, which enhances trust on our products to be used with the peace of mind.

Vegan:

Our products proudly carry the vegan label where applicable. It's important to note that we do not make a vegan claim for products containing beeswax.

Active Ingredients:

• Our products incorporate active ingredients meticulously chosen for their efficacy in addressing specific skin concerns. These actives are primarily sourced from plant origins, and a majority hold COSMOS and/or ECOCERT certifications, ensuring their organic and natural qualities. Other active ingredients utilized in our formulations include synthetic vitamins and minerals that naturally occur in the body.
• Examples of such ingredients include Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B5. These substances, while synthetically extracted from botanical origins, are selected for their well-documented benefits for the body in skincare. We prioritize safety, relying on comprehensive safety and technical research data for each raw material to determine appropriate percentages. Our commitment is to avoid incorporating ingredients at low percentages solely for marketing claims.
